Claim Design

To claim the design, please complete the form below. If you’re traveling from outside Vancouver, let me know. If you would like, you can upload a photo of the area you want to get tattooed. This can be helpful but is not required.

If the design will work for that spot, I will send a link to pay the deposit and reserve the design. Once the deposit is received, I will contact you to book the appointment. Thank you for your inquiry.
